Equality Arizona works to secure, protect and defend the rights and welfare of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in Arizona.  Much of our work takes place on the state level, involving the Arizona State Legislature, Governor and other administrative offices.

We are a non-partisan political advocacy organization that supports LGBT equality by influencing public policy through lobbying, coalition-building, educating voters, and supporting LGBT and LGBT-friendly candidates.
