We are on the cusp of what many are calling the most pivotal election in a generation. In a matter of days, voters in California will decide whether to turn back the clock on marriage equality in that state, and write discrimination into their state Constitution.  Losing in California will be a major setback for the marriage equality movement--and that matters to us here in Oregon.

Join Basic Rights Oregon as we work for marriage equality in California this Sunday, October 19th, from 5:00-8:00 pm.  We'll call California voters and urge them to vote NO on this destructive measure. 

Together, we'll make sure that California's committed couples have the dignity and security that come with marriage--and that this November, we make progress toward full equality far beyond the borders of that state.
