Enough is Enough

Senator Gary Tapp (R) evidently believes that being without a permanent family is better for a child than being raised by a gay person or couple. Kentuckians are more informed than that. Tell Senate Leadership that we will not stand by as our children and our families are used as political pawns again this year. It is dishonest. It is cruel. And it is desperate.

Take action now and then ask your friends and family members to do the same. Join with us in strongly declaring that ALL families help make Kentucky strong, including families like yours and mine.

  • American Academy of Pediatrics (2002)

Ampersand. The Ampersand symbolizes the solidarity we are building through Friends & Family, and suggests the inclusiveness we are working toward. It reflects the idea that no one individual, legislator, organization, or city can carry all the water for equality. Our success lies in our solidarity.
