Equality Advocates Pennsylvania, formerly the Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights, is working to amend the state's non-discrimination law to include sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.
On April 10, 2007, the Pennsylvania Senate introduced legislation prohibiting discrimination on the bases of sexual orientation and gender identity or expression in employment, housing and public accomodations -- take action now by asking your Senator to support the bill, SB 761.
We are now working to introduce the same bill in the House of Representatives. We need you to contact your state Representative and ask them to co-sponsor Rep. Dan Frankel and Rep. Chris Ross' LGBT non-discrimination bill.
