Loving committed couples are already married in New Hampshire and there has been no detrimental impact, the sky did not fall.

These couples and their children now enjoy equally the legal and societal benefits of marriage and that’s good for families and New Hampshire.

· Our Constitution has never and should never be amended to enshrine discrimination. Similar constitutional amendments were rejected in the last two legislative sessions, in 2006, under Republican leadership, and 2007 under Democratic leadership.
