End Discrimination in West Virginia

Fairness West Virginia's top priority is to insure that all West Virginians are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation. Today, it is legal in West Virginia to fire someone, deny them housing, or refuse them access to public accommodations because of their sexual orientation.

Email your legislators today and tell them to end this discrimination.

Dear [ Decision Maker ],

Today, it is legal in West Virginia to fire someone, deny them housing, or refuse them access to public services because of their sexual orientation.

It's time to end this discrimination and treat all West Virginians fairly.

Please support the EHNDA/Senate Bill 238/House Bill 2925 that would end unfair discrimination in the state.
