Greetings,
On Saturday October 17, we had a fantastic day creating the
largest engagement ring around the Roundhouse. As the special
session opened, over 150 people joined us in reminding
legislators about the importance of legally Recognizing LGBT
Relationships in New Mexico.

to have fun moving forward with Relationship Recognition
advocacy work in New Mexico.
I am also pleased to announce that the New Mexico Retiree
Healthcare Authority has made the regulatory change resulting
from a ACLU-NM lawsuit that allows for open enrollment for
domestic partners of retired or retiring public employees who
access/will access healthcare insurance through NMHCRA.
Enrollment is NOW OPEN through November 10, 2009. THANK
YOU to all who made this progress happen!
