Admissions Team at Pride Texas 2008!

Thank you for inquiring about working the General Admission area at Pride Texas!  All volunteers receive a Pride T-Shirt and free admission, along with access to the volunteer hospitality tent. Responsibilities include:

• Collecting entry fees
• Collecting hard-copy tickets from advance ticket purchasers
• Assisting patron with wristbands

Please choose from these shifts:

Shift 1 - 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **FULL** The gates open at noon, so for the first 30 minutes of this shift, you will be assembling the admissions area. We'll also need to put up signs and set up a water station for volunteers. Then you'll be collecting money, tickets and putting wristbands on folks.

Shift 2 - 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. You'll be collecting money, tickets and putting wristbands on folks.

Shift 3 - 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. You'll be collecting money, tickets and putting wristbands on folks until the gates close at 7:00 p.m.  For the last 30 minutes of this shift, you'll be helping with tear down at the General Admission area: taking down signs, folding tables and making sure we picked up all our trash.
