Beverage Team at Pride Texas 2008!

Thank you for inquiring about working the Water and Soda Booth at Pride Texas! Volunteers selling water and soda will be standing for the duration of the shift. All volunteers receive a Pride T-Shirt and free admission, along with access to the volunteer hospitality tent.

Volunteer responsibilities at the water and soda booth are as follows:

• Sell soft drinks and water
• Only drink tickets will be accepted at the water and soda booth. Collect 2 tickets per soft drink and water. There is no handling of cash at this booth
• Keep the ice chests full of soft drinks, water and ice

Select from these shifts:

Shift 1 - **FULL** 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The gates open at noon, so for the first 30 minutes of this shift, you will be assisting with assembling the beverage booth. We'll need to put up signs and chill the drinks.  Then you'll be keeping the beverage station stocked and handing out soft drinks and water 

Shift 2 – **FULL** 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. You'll be collecting drink tickets and keeping the beverage station stocked

Shift 3 - 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. You'll be collecting drink tickets and keeping the beverage station stocked until the gates close at 8p.m.  For the last 30 minutes, you will help disassemble the station and make sure the area is clean
