Bike Parking Team at Pride Texas 2008!

Thank you for inquiring about being on the Bike Parking Team at Pride Texas!  Responsibilities include checking-in-and-out patrons bikes and promoting a greener Pride Festival by facilitating bike commuting. All volunteers receive free admission, a free Pride t-shirt, and admission to the volunteer hospitality tent.

Choose from these shifts:

Shift 1 - 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The gates open at noon, so for the first 30 minutes of this shift, you will be assisting with assembly of the Pride Bike Parking area. Then, you will help people register and secure their bikes.

Shift 2 - 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. You'll be registering folks' bikes and welcoming people to Pride!

Shift 3 - 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. You'll be registering folks' bikes and welcoming people to Pride!  For the last 30 minutes of this shift, you'll be helping disassemble the area.
