Pride Texas 2008 will be celebrated Saturday, June 14 from noon to 7:00 p.m. at Auditorium Shores in Austin, Texas.  

Booth Spaces:

• All booth spaces are 10' x 10' in an open area.  You will be required to keep your booth within that space.  No wandering or canvassing vendors.  No exceptions.
• Tables and chairs are not provided; please make plans to bring your own.
• No beverages may be sold or given away by vendors.
• Food vendor booths cannot be purchased online. Contact us at 512-474-5475 to reserve your food booth.
• To receive a 10% discount by registering both for a booth and for the parade, please remit payment by check.

Schedule:

Non-food vendor check-in and set-up will be 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 13.Food vendor check-in will be 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14. Set-up must be complete by 11:30 a.m.

• Only food vendors may check-in and set-up on the day of the event
• No vehicles are allowed on park grounds at any time
• The Festival is open from noon to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 14
• Tear-down is from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. 

Overnight & Weather:

• Vendors may leave their booth overnight on Friday as long as it is secured against weather and intruders. 
• This is an outdoor event and subject to the elements.
• Typically, the festival goes on rain or shine.
• Due to the complexities of the festival, rescheduling and refunds are not possible.
