Because of lingering legal questions involving what is required when the Governor calls for an extraordinary session, and the impasse that still remains between two groups of State Senators, today’s session lasted only a few minutes and none of the bills that the Governor put on the agenda—including the marriage equality bill—were brought to the Senate floor for a vote today.

Keep up the hard work and don’t let what you see on the news discourage you.
