This year, we are thrilled that comedian, actress and activist Margaret Cho will be our emcee for the evening. 

And we will honor the Hathaway Family – actress Anne, parents Gerald & Kate, and their sons Thomas and Michael, along with Michael’s husband Joshua Lawson – as the recipients of the 2009 Douglas W. Jones Leadership Award. The Hathaways have lobbied with us in Albany for marriage equality; supported and volunteered for numerous LGBT organizations; and worked to defeat Prop 8 in California.
