Transgender Hate Crimes: Victims, Their Families & Advocates Speak Out

A panel of transgender people and family members speaking about their experiences as victims of hate-motivated violence are joined by the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fun and GLAAD to discuss the status of gender identity and expression in federal and state hate crime laws.

The MOCHA Center Presents: Trans Panel Discussion Part 2

A discussion about the many issues facing transgender individuals, including information about getting involved to help pass GENDA!

Queens Transgender Rights Forum

A workshop that will answer questions about important transgender issues such as current rights under city, state, and federal laws, as well as information on interacting with law enforcement.

 

When: Tuesday, October 13, 7:00 pm
