Learn how to make a difference this election year!
Spend the day with us and learn how to effectively campaign to make a difference in this fall’s elections. The training convention, opening with remarks from Ms. Jackie Nytes, Co-Chair of Indiana Equality Political Action Committee, will cover a variety of election topics including research, volunteer recruitment, voter registration, creating and using a voter file, canvassing, phone banking, and more.
The campaign training is being presented by Grassroots Solutions, a nationally know team with extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, political campaigns, labor unions, educational institutions, companies, government agencies, advocacy groups, and others to engage people, leverage limited resources, and build sustainable volunteer-based grassroots programs. Also presenting is Karen Louise Boothe, former Communications Director for the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party
Additionally, a series of one-hour issue workshops will discuss a variety of important issues facing Hoosiers today.
