It is hard to believe that Atlanta Pride is less than 2 weeks away on Halloween weekend!

This year, Pride will host the Pride Marketplace on Saturday, October 31st and Sunday, November 1st from 10am-7pm in Piedmont Park. On Sunday, the annual Pride parade will kick off at 1pm. Get more information about Pride here: http://www.atlantapride.org/

MEGA Family Project Booth will be located at B-21.

MEGA will host a Halloween party, kid's activities, a musical performance, and our annual Kid's Halloween Parade in Piedmont Park from 10am-noon on Saturday. Click here for more information and to register!

Kid's Halloween Party!

Can you volunteer to help run the kid's Halloween party? If so, we can use your help from 9am-11:30. Help is needed in setting up, running kid's activities, and making sure all our little goblins have a good time. Please offer your help so our little ones will have a great Atlanta Pride! Parade Walkers

We need people to help represent the importance of families in the LGBT movement and to help show our family pride! Whether you have kids or not, we would love for you to walk with us in the parade in support of family equality. Walkers can make signs, decorate a wagon or stroller, or come up with your own creative way to express your desire for family equality.

The parade begins at 1pm on Sunday, so we generally want everyone lined up by 12:30. Please send us an e-mail at kathy@megafamilyproject.org if you would like to walk with us in the parade.

We can't pull off Atlanta Pride for families without your help. Please let us know if you can help make Atlanta Pride a family-friendly event!
