Civics Day at the Capitol

9:30 AM - Iowa State Historical Building

Lobby Day begins at 9:30 AM at the Iowa State Historical Building with an update and training session with an experienced legislative advocate. The session will be followed by a trip to the Capitol to meet with your legislators during late morning and early afternoon (lunch is on your own). The day will end with a late afternoon celebratory reception at 4:00 PM (location TBD).

Ramp parking is available at the corner of Grand and Pennsylvania across from the Historical Building or click here for additional parking.
