One Iowa, Capital City Pride, and the LGBT Community Center have partnered to present a series of speakers in recognition of Pride during the month of June. Every Saturday during June a free lecture will be presented on topics related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues. <p>The presentations will be offered at the Central Library in downtown Des Moines from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Each event is open to the public. Free underground parking is available. Also, during the weekend, parking on the street is free.
