Do something important on Sunday, November 8th! Join us for One Iowa's Equality phone bank sponsored by the BHS GSA. Volunteers from across the state will be making phone calls in support of equality. Lunch is provided.

The National Organization for Marriage has launched an attack on equality as part of their plan to "Reclaim Iowa" for anti-gay interests. With only eight weeks left until the Legislature reconvenes, our time is limited to build support for protecting equality in Iowa. We've seen what can happen when marriage equality is attacked by viewing the results from Maine's "Question 1" election. Your help is more important than ever!

We are asking that you kindly bring a cell phone to make calls with. Since it is a weekend you will not be using up any minutes.
