Pass HB 3805
HB 3805 will appear on committee calendar again this week. This legislation will allow individuals to have their birth certificate changed to reflect the person’s appropriate gender. Rep. Mike Kernell (D-Memphis) will present the bill in House Health Committee Tuesday, April 22 at 9:30 AM CDT in Legislative Plaza Room 16. Your help is needed in supporting passage of this legislation.
