Dear Friend,
Ray Abbas is the first candidate for
Knoxville City Council endorsed by TEP PAC. We believe he
will be a strong voice for equality on the Council, so
it’s important that we all do everything we can to help
put him over the top in this close election.
Please, consider giving $10 or more
directly to his campaign so he can make his final communications
push with voters this week.
Please, get to the polls for
early voting. Polls are open from now until October 29
from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can find full information
on polling locations here. Voter turnout is low so
your vote will make a difference.
If we hope to
advance equality legislation in the Knoxville City Council, we
need to elect Ray Abbas. I hope you’ll do your
part.
Gratefully, Jenny Ford Chair
