TEP is the sole owner of the information collected from www.tnep.org / www.tnequalityproject.com, membership applications, credit card forms, and other event logs. TEP will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy.

Only TEP board members and committee chairpersons have access to personally identifiable information in the membership database. These members have signed a statement of agreement expressly requiring confidentiality of membership information. Any third party engaged by TEP must also sign a statement of confidentiality regarding membership information.
TEP does not post a membership directory. TEP does not respond to requests to confirm whether individuals are TEP members. TEP does not provide personally identifiable information to other TEP members.
As part of its membership benefits, TEP may electronically mail news of interest to members via the internet. Members not wishing to receive information from TEP over the Internet may opt out of specific email subscriptions or all communication by visiting the website at www.tnequalityproject.com or leaving a message on the information line at 615-664-6886. Alternatively, members may also send an email to info@tnep.org.
Any concerns regarding the treatment of personally identifiable information should be addressed with the Vice President of Administration and Operations at 615-664-6886.
